Accuweather.com—Days of heavy rainfall caused by a tropical low have resulted in numerous mudslides and widespread flooding across the southern Philippines. Echoing the deadly mudslides of 2009, nearly 340,000 people have been affected by the recent flooding, at least 26 people have died, and 11 more remain missing as rain continues to fall across the region, according to the Philippine Government.  Read more here.
